Draft · Marketing site · October 2026
DRAFT — placeholder legal copy for this marketing site. It is not legal advice and it is not the product’s membership agreement. Have counsel replace it before a public launch.
What this covers
This draft covers the Wizper marketing website — the pages that describe the membership and take a request. It does not cover the messenger and Notes product at wizper.pro. That product has its own account, passcode, and sealed data. Do not paste private messages or note contents into the request form.
What you can send
The membership form asks for a name, an email address, who referred you, and a short reason. A hidden field exists to discard automated submissions. We do not ask for a payment card, a government ID, or the contents of your circle.
What happens to it
In this build, a valid request is either written to the server log or, if the operator has set a webhook, forwarded to that private inbox. It is used to consider an invitation. It is not sold. It is not used for advertising. It is not mixed into the sealed Notes product.
Platform logs can retain whatever they are configured to retain. Before a public launch, the operator should point requests at a private inbox and decide how long they are kept. This draft does not invent a retention period.
Cookies and trackers
This site does not ship a third-party analytics or advertising tracker. Essential hosting logs may still exist at the platform that serves the site. Infrastructure for this project is US-hosted. That is a fact about servers, not a promise of legal immunity.
Your request
To ask what we hold from a form submission, send another note through the membership request and say you are asking about a previous one. There is no separate mailbox published on this draft.
