These draft terms cover the Wizper marketing website. They do not by themselves create a messenger account, a Notes vault, or a paid subscription. The product is the invite-only web app at wizper.pro.
The price
Membership is described as $98.00 per month. That is the price we publish. Sending the request form does not start billing, does not authorize a charge, and does not reserve a seat. Payment is not processed on this website. Any membership agreement happens only if an invitation is offered.
Acceptable use
Do not use the request form to send other people’s secrets, to probe the site, or to impersonate someone. Do not submit payment data. We may ignore a request that is empty, abusive, or automated.
No warranty
The marketing site is provided as a description of the product and a way to ask for membership. Security claims on the site describe the product’s design. They are not a guarantee that every attack is impossible, and they are not a third-party certification. Counsel should replace this section with an allocation of risk before launch.
