Wizper is an invite-only web app. A cell number is the identity. Email is collected once, at setup. A six-digit passcode locks the session after first unlock. Chat is end-to-end encrypted. Notes are sealed on the device and stored as ciphertext. This marketing site is not the messenger. A request does not open an account.
Invited members enter at wizper.pro.
Voice and video stay in the app. Direct media uses WebRTC. Group calls use a LiveKit selective forwarding unit, so there is no public room link. A forwarding unit is a server in the media path. Group video is not the same guarantee as sealed chat.
These figures are our own review, not a certificate. Invite-only messenger privacy sits about 9.75–9.8 on our scale, near Signal at about 9.8–9.9 for a private circle. Sealed Notes sit about 9.4–9.6, which we rank first or second among note apps we compared.
